Overview: The Institute of Semiconductor Industry and Technology (ISIT)
The Semiconductor Industry Research Institute (SITRI) has been conducting cutting-edge research on semiconductors, integrated circuits, and systems, integrating electronics and medicine, and establishing a center for materials informatics. The seminar will introduce the facilities for fabrication and evaluation of integrated circuits as well as our research activities.
