Interdisciplinary Research Division

The division performs research on high-speed communication and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, as applications of semiconductor devices. By collaborating with the Nano Device Research Department, it also engages with the Research Center for Biomedical Engineering, focusing on interdisciplinary research and development (R&D) in the medical and engineering fields.
